On Wednesday the 24th of June 2020 baby number 2, our little yellow bundle made their way into the world. With super quick labour of only 4 hours, he did know how to make an entrance! I had the most wonderful birthing experience I could have imagined and I’m beyond thankful for that after the traumatic birth I had back in 2017 with Theodore.
We didn’t know the gender before giving birth so it was so magical to find out at that moment. I’d forgotten that we’d be finding out – I guess I was too busy pushing a human out of my vagina. Then when the baby was plonked on my chest I still didn’t even think to look! Until Brad shouted very confusingly “it’s a boy…?!” (Brad thought we were having a girl!). I would recommend leaving the gender as a surprise and I would certainly do it again if we had another!

Please meet Zachary Miller Zealand, born at 7:48 am 24th of June 2020 weighing 7lbs 1oz. Our second darling boy.
How exciting!!! He’s beautiful, congratulations to your little family! I’ve already said that when we try for our first, I wouldn’t want to find out. Well, try not to give in anyway. How special for it to be a surprise!! x
