Sightings From June

What a whirlwind of a month. How we managed to pack so much into these 30 days I will never know, but I am thankful for how busy we are, I love to live my life as hectic as possible, I wouldn’t have it any other way. We’ve had so many lovely outings, including taking the babies to Clumber Park, to The Deep and to their first trip to the beach. Neither of the babies seemed too crazy about the sand, although Archie wanted to eat it. Me and Theodore have been all over, visiting family and taking long summer walks. I particularly liked visiting my Grandparents (Theodore’s Great Grandparents), my Grandad took Theodore around his garden (which he is very proud of) and showed him all his plants and vegetables. This moment was very special to me, and I think will always have a place in my heart. My Grandad has took me around his garden every time I’ve been to visit since I can remember, showing me what he’s been up to lately, I just love it.

The most perfect June I can remember. I don’t want to be the 8245872610th person to talk about the weather, but, HASN’T it been gorgeous?! I’ve actually managed to get a natural tan, I keep glancing at my tan line from my watch and I’m so proud of my new sun-kissed skin. Everywhere has been full of beautiful sights, the world is looking more beautiful as I’ve seen before, or perhaps I’m just taking more notice.

The first day of July, wow. Seventh month of the year already, I can’t wrap my head around how fast time moves now. This is why I take all these photos, day in and day out, in hopes of stopping time just for a little while. Just long enough to take it all in.

Aw, these photos are gorgeous! I love all the ones about your little man. He’s such a cutie! Taking a baby to the beach is a LOT of work, so I applaud you. Also, that is so cute of your grandfather. I love seeing my son with my own grandparents, too. It’s something that’s so special and out of this world!

    xo, Victoria
