The Perfect Gift for Their First Fathers Day

So you’ve got this new baby, under a year old, and a new father, perhaps still trying to wrap his head around this whole new parenting world. You begin to wonder what could you get for this new father which both he and his new baby would appreciate, what could you get to bring their bond even tighter together? A baby carrier. To bring them tighter together both mentally and physically. Bradley loves his new Baby Bjorn One carrier, because it’s more ‘manly’ (so he likes to say) than my girly ‘faffy’ baby wrap. It’s got belts and buckles, all the mechanical bits and pieces any guy would like.

This carrier has so many options including special bits for newborns which you can remove or add on if needed. With plenty of positions. Being super comfortable for both baby and parent. With all the right padding in all the right places, to give dad plenty of shoulder and back support, whilst making sure little babe is safe and sound.

If you’re a parent that knows about baby wearing you must have heard all about Hip Dysplasia, this carrier has been fully tested by the institute of hip dysplasia and gives it a big fat tick for a healthy-hip carrier. Meaning there is no need to worry about any permanent damage the carrier will do to your little one like some carriers and wraps might do.

Theodore has been loving being close with his daddy, I usually wear him in a wrap carrier and he does enjoy it, but to be honest he hurts my back too much. So Bradley wearing him makes my life a lot easier. Every weekend we spend our days walking around car boots and I like to dive in deep into stalls and boxes, and honestly it was impossible wearing him in the wrap, so now Bradley can wear him in this carrier my life just became THAT much easier.

When Theodore is a little older he’ll start to wear him facing out, but at the moment he always falls asleep and I worry about his floppy head. He’ll love looking around and seeing the world some more. He’s currently love being in his sat up push chair instead of the carry cot so I think he’ll love this even more. Exploring the world from Daddy’s point of view!
